What services do HSBC China ATMs offer?

HSBC China provides different services to cards issued by different banks, as follows:

* Exception: Some overseas members of HSBC Group (ie HSBC Hong Kong, Hangseng Hong Kong) issued CUP Credit Card may only enjoy the services of Cash Withdrawal and Balance Enquiry.

What can I do if my card was retained by an HSBC China ATM?

Please take note of any advice given by the ATM. You can call our 24-hour service hotline on 400-820-8878 (Please dial China country code +86 if you are calling from overseas) and our representatives will provide you information of the detailed eligibility, address and procedure for card collection.

How much will be charged if I transact at an HSBC China ATM? What is the upper limit of cumulative daily cash withdrawals? What is the upper limit of a single cash withdrawal?

Both the transaction fee for using an HSBC China ATM and the upper limit of cumulative daily cash withdrawals are dependent on your card issuing bank. The upper limit of a single cash withdrawal is RMB2,500.

How can I conduct transfers at an ATM?

HSBC China customers can conduct transfers with cards issued by HSBC China at HSBC ATM. The ATM will guide you through the transfer process.
